The Chalfont and Amersham Wine Club meets every month on the first Tuesday at 8.15pm. The venue is Little Chalfont Village Hall, Cokes Lane, Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, HP7 9QA. click here for a map
The evening consists of a presenter, usually an independent wine merchant or other knowledgeable wine lover, presenting about ten wines on a theme. There is always lots of conversation and laughter, plenty of debate and a wide range of opinions. Everyone enjoys learning about new discoveries and comparing the different wines. The main emphasis is on informality, relaxed conversation and FUN!
A light buffet is provided but please bring your own glasses – at least two to be able to compare wines side by side. The typical cost of an evening is £11 - £15. Great value for an enjoyable evening!
